To maintain the system, I want to set up a good way to keep track of architectural choices in general (draw.io, setup procedures to :uninstall, reinstall, reset systems and other)

Things to check out:
[x] file/storage system, backup for both the server itself and media
[] sys admin: how to keep things safe i.e. proper file permissions esp for docker etc
[] how to keep track of packages, what to update and what to not update to avoid breaking things. This includes docker images
[] perhaps CI/CD should considered here
